Why she does this work
Dr. Hoffman cares for women through the most complicated pregnancies there are. She addresses both the physical and the psychosocial health of pregnant women, because caring for both can improve the health of mother and child.
Maternal-child health is the cornerstone of a healthy society.Dr. Hoffman's care philosophy
That's why this site exists. The questions women bring to a high-risk pregnancy specialist — Why is this happening? How worried should I be? What happens next? — shouldn't have to wait for a specialist referral. Here, they're answered in plain language, with the evidence, so you can take better questions to your own care team.
